Special and/or sensitive personal data which we process
Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data from visitors, younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or caretaker. Although, we cannot confirm if a visitor is 16 years or older. We advise parents to be actively involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about them to be collected without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected data about a minor, without this permission, please contact info@tlm.nl and we will remove this information.

TLM stores your personal data no longer then is required for realising the purposes for which yhe data is collected. Your data will be stored, as long as the account is active and/or a customer relationship is active.

TLM is serious about protecting your data and we take adequate measures to prevent abuse, loss, ungranted acces, unwanted publications and unauthorized changes.

This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.
