New: Aquila Nera
The "Aquila Nera" series
For 2010 Moto Guzzi have decided to expand their Custom series and bring them closer to eachother in the "Aquila Nera" series; the legendary California, easily controllable Nevada and sporty Bellagio have been dressed in a black matte coat and their tanks have been beautified with the classic Moto Guzzi logo. With these bikes Moto Guzzi want to underline the evolution they have undergone.
In the seventies it was developed for the American market and it spreaded out over the five continents. From 850cc engine capacity grew to 1000cc and eventually up to 1100cc. The California is widely loved for its handling and driveability.
In the second half of the eighties the Nevada came to the stage. This bike turned out to be a bestseller abroad, although it has never sold well in The Netherlands. It started out as a 350cc and eventually engine capacity increased to 750cc with an electronic injection system.
Nowadays, the second half of the zeroos, the Bellagio is a mix between the California and the Nevada. With it's 944cc, straight handle bars and upright seating position it is a true dynamic allrounder.
Prices haven't been given out yet, the pictures have.
