Saturday March 31st, we've openend the motorcycle season with our Trenta-Cittadine-Tour (30-Towns-Tour). It has been a beautiful ride through the Limburgian and German countryside. Despite all poor weather forecasts and predictions about 70 enthousiastic motorcyclists had gathered and participated in this tour. For the biggest part it was dry, but also unexpectedly cold. When returning to the TLM HQ we had lit up the BBQ's already and eveyone got warm and cosy again. Unfortunately, we weren't able to finish all prepared meat and salads. Thus, we had to fill up some of the side cases that went home. Hereby, we want to thank all participants for a very successfull and fun day!!

Finaly, after the introduction at the EICMA last year November, the time has come; the all new V7 is available and in three different versions! Besides all optical differences, the biggest changes were made on a technical level; the engine has been redesigned and produces 12% more power. This was achieved by modifying the cylinder heads by enlarging the valves and repositioning the spark plug hole. A brand new developed single throttle housing was placed and compression

During the Piaggio World Dealer Convention 2012 in Monaco we were introduced in a spectaculair way to the new California 1400. Accompanied by a true string orchestra and covered in clouds of mysterious smoke, the California took stage. After the clouds of smoke disappeared we were left withe a truly impressive appearance; it's a formidable cruiser!

Monaco, 2 February 2012. At the annual Piaggio World Dealer Convention in Monaco exclusive Moto Guzzi dealer TLM has received an award out of the hands of the Dutch Country Manager and Italian Export Manager from Piaggio S.P.A in the presence of the most important dealers out of the worldwide network. With the award Piaggio S.P.A. give credit to TLM for their support to the Moto Guzzi brand and it's factory. The award was handed out specifically, because withtin the Piaggio network TLM matched the following criteria:

In 2012 we celebrate TLM's 30 year anniversary! Because we don't want to let this pass by unnoticed and celebrate it together with you, we've created a couple of events for the upcoming motorcycle season. These events are all about the joy we get from riding our bikes and everything that goes with it and after it. Saturday March 31st we're opening season and you can participate free of charge in our 30-Towns-Tour

Thanks to all the encouraging reactions we got on our V7 Lampo Giallo our V7 modification plans kept going through our minds. Finally, we got had to get rid of them and this led to: the V7 Ombra Rossa! The dark sister of our Lamp Giallo. Yet another classically styled motorcycle, but this time from a different perspective: a flat seat, high handle bars, straighter exhaust, lots of black with a dash of colour and off course, a tremendous sound! 

Het is al weer 5 jaar geleden dat ik met nog 2 andere, een rit op de motor, georganiseerd door TLM, naar de fabriek ben gegaan. Bij veel mensen die ook dit verslag gaan lezen weten nog hoe deze reis verliep. Deze reis zou namelijk heel anders worden omdat ik nu samen met mijn vrouw en Herman (van 5 jaar geleden ook mee was) deze reis tot in den treuren heb voor bereid.
